Who are we?

Well, we aren’t ‘experts’, we aren’t ‘legends’ and we certainly aren’t ‘the best of the best’.

We’ll try and be real: Leading Employers Blog is made up of two rather normal people; lets call them James and Rebecca, because quite simply that’s their names.

Ten plus years in recruitment is a long time for anyone, and even more considering by bizarre fate they only entered their first offices as a temp to get some work having left full time education! 20 years combined experience is quite a feat for two so young, but crazily that’s what we’ve achieved.

We don’t know economics, or politics very well but we do know recruitment and we do know big companies and how they recruit and perhaps most importantly of all…how they’d like to recruit. So having had (nearly) enough of mainstream recruitment (and not wanting to get typecast) we decided to pursue a more direct approach to recruitment, so direct in fact that’s what we’ve called it. LeadingEmployers.com is home to the World’s leading employers. They have what job seekers want. Great companies require great people and of course this works vice-versa. We’re simply the people who facilitate the talking.
